We recently welcomed our eighth concept, La Vetta, and are working toward opening an elevated cocktail lounge this fall.Each of our venues has its own distinct identity, concept, and menu, united by a shared commitment to genuine hospitality, and thoughtful experiences.About the RoleWe are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence and public perception of multiple restaurant brands within the SCH portfolio.The ideal candidate is a creative, highly motivated storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is comfortable spending time on the floor, in the kitchen, at events, and behind the scenes to identify and capture compelling content opportunities.This role will collaborate closely with our culinary, beverage, operations, and leadership teams to develop original campaigns, content, collateral, and messaging that authentically represent our restaurants and the experiences we create for our guests.As we are a 7 day a week operation, your 5 day schedule will be flexible, as needed, to ensure coverage of aspects of the business that operate outside typical working hours.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial MediaDevelop and maintain social media content calendars across nine unique brands.Own the day-to-day management of social media channels, ensuring consistent and timely publishing.Produce, edit, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.Spend time in our restaurants identifying, capturing, and developing authentic stories that showcase our people, food, beverage, design, products, and guest experience.Interpret performance data and analytics to inform content strategy and decisions.Manage comments, direct messages, and community engagement across social platforms.Monitor trends and identify opportunities to keep our brands relevant and engaging.Content CreationCreate original photography and video content and coordinate contractors as needed.Own the organization and management of digital asset libraries, ensuring photography and video are properly archived, tagged, and easily accessible across brands.Prepare, format, and distribute photography and video assets for press, marketing campaigns, websites, newsletters, partnerships, and other cross-functional projects.Assist with planning and on-site execution of photo and video shoots, including shot lists, styling, logistics, talent, and asset capture.Identify opportunities to create timely, real-time content around restaurant happenings, events, menu launches, and other brand moments.Graphic Design & BrandingDesign and update printed assets, including menus, signage, and branded materials.Create one-off materials for promotions, campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives.Ensure brand standards and visual identities are maintained consistently across all platforms and materials.Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create polished, on-brand designs.Build and manage email campaigns promoting restaurant news, events, promotions, and other happenings.Online Presence & Digital MarketingRun and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.Manage and maintain Google Business, Apple Business, Yelp, Resy, and OpenTable profiles.Maintain websites and other digital assets, ensuring information is current and accurate.Monitor online reviews and reputation across relevant platforms.Identify opportunities to improve our digital presence, search visibility, and guest engagement.Menu ManagementCoordinate with operations teams to update menus across all locations.Adjust menu designs and layouts as needed.Assist with menu production, either in-house or through external vendors.Ensure online menus are accurate and up to date.Update menu photography and imagery to highlight our best offerings.Coordinate menu changes and updates across print and digital platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration & ReportingCollaborate closely with operations, culinary, beverage, and leadership teams.Build strong relationships with kitchen, dining room, and operations teams to maintain a steady flow of fresh content opportunities.Prepare monthly and annual marketing and performance reports.Adjust priorities seasonally based on business needs, campaigns, and restaurant activity.Remain responsive and adaptable to real-time opportunities and needs across the beverage, hospitality, or a related industry.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred.Portfolio demonstrating creative work, including social media, photography, video, and/or graphic design.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, social media editing tools, and Airtable preferred.Hospitality or restaurant experience is a strong plus.Who You AreA
