WE ARE HIRINGSocial Media & Marketing Creative SpecialistLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience : 2-3 yearsWork Location: Onsite, Abu DhabiWorking Days: 5 days per weekWorking Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PMSalary: AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month, slightly negotiable based on experienceWe are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media & Marketing Creative Specialist to join our marketing team in Abu Dhabi.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, and creative campaign development. Arabic speakers with strong knowledge of the UAE market are preferred.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms• Plan and execute creative social media campaigns and promotional activities• Develop content ideas, concepts, captions, and creative campaigns• Create engaging reels, short form videos, stories, and social media content• Work closely with the design team to develop high quality visual content• Monitor social media trends and develop relevant and engaging content• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand activities• Maintain consistent brand communication and visual identity across all platforms• Monitor content performance and provide creative ideas to improve engagement and reach• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and develop relevant marketing content• Stay updated with current digital marketing, social media, and content trendsREQUIREMENTS• Strong professional experience in social media and digital marketing• Arabic speaker with excellent Arabic communication and writing skills• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE• Abu Dhabi based candidates are preferred• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends• Experience creating and managing social media content• Strong creative thinking and communication skills• Good knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and social media marketing• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects• Strong understanding of the UAE market is preferredWHAT WE OFFER• Full time employment• 5 day working week• Working hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM• Visa and medical insurance if required• Ticket allowance after completion of contract renewal• Candidates with their own visa are also welcome to applyHOW TO APPLYInterested candidates can send their CV to:hr@jays.aeEmail Subject: Application for Social Media & Marketing Creative SpecialistOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
