Social Media and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, proactive Social Media & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brands’ social media and digital marketing.This is not just a posting role. We are looking for someone who can plan campaigns, create content, identify opportunities and continuously bring new ideas to grow and improve our brands.Responsibilities:Manage and grow Instagram and TikTok accountsPlan monthly content calendars and marketing campaignsDevelop creative concepts for product launches, events, collaborations and brand momentsProactively bring new content and campaign ideasCreate engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories and social-first contentShoot and edit photo/video content when requiredPlan and coordinate larger content shootsStay on top of Instagram/TikTok trends and understand what performs on each platformManage and optimise paid social media advertisingMonitor content and ad performance and recommend improvementsKeep accounts active, relevant and consistently engagingWe're looking for someone with:Strong experience with Instagram and TikTokHands-on content creation, filming and editing skillsExperience with Meta/social media advertisingStrong creative and visual judgementAn understanding of branding, marketing and campaign planningThe ability to work independently and take ownershipA proactive mindset, someone who brings ideas rather than waits for instructionsExperience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus.Please include your portfolio/social media accounts you have managed.Experience:Marketing: 4 years (Required)Work Location: In person Please share the updated resume and portfolio on marketing@cocolily.ae and hr@cocolily.ae , thank you
