About Red SpadesRed Spades is a Dubai-based content creation agency working exclusively with high-end hospitality. Our clients include Nobu, LPM, Atlantis, Four Seasons, One&Only and more. We handle photography, videography and social media management for restaurants, bars and hotels across the UAE, GCC and London. The RoleYou will support our account team in running social channels for luxury F&B brands. This is a hands-on, detail-heavy role at the centre of how our content reaches the world.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and TikTok to approved monthly calendarsAssist in preparing content calendars and drafting captions in each brand's voiceHandle community management: comments, DMs, and escalations to account leadsCompile monthly performance reports for clientsAttend shoots at client venues and support the production team on setKeep content libraries, approvals and trackers organised and currentRequirementsNative-level fluency with social media platforms, including formats, trends and publishing toolsExcellent written English; Arabic is a plus but not necessaryStrong organisation; deadlines and details are non-negotiable in our client tierBased in Dubai or able to relocate immediatelyExperience in an agency, hospitality or content role preferred; a strong personal feed also countsWhat We OfferFront-row exposure to luxury hospitality marketing across the region's top venuesEarly responsibility and direct access to the foundersShoot days at venues most people wait months to bookOpportunity to grow as a Marketing Manager in a high-level agencyHow to ApplyEmail your CV and links to any accounts or content you have worked on to info@redspadesagency.com with the subject line "Social Media Assistant".
