Candidates joining the organization will contribute to a growing, relationship-driven company in the medical consulting space.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Assistant (Medical) role based in Dubai. The Social Media Assistant will support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across platforms, focusing on medical and healthcare topics relevant to doctors and hospitals in the region. Responsibilities include drafting and editing posts, assisting with visual content coordination, monitoring engagement and inquiries, and supporting social media campaigns that promote the company’s services. The role involves collaborating with consultants and the marketing team to ensure messaging is accurate, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines. The Social Media Assistant will also help track basic performance metrics, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent online presence.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media, including familiarity with major platforms and basic content planning.Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, with an understanding of audience engagement and campaign support in a professional context.Candidates should possess strong Writing and Communication skills, including clear, professional written English tailored to medical and professional audiences.Candidates should ideally have attention to detail, basic understanding of healthcare or medical terminology, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Candidates should preferably have experience in a marketing, communications, or healthcare-related role, and a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Management).Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
