Social Media Content Creator - Arabic Speaker

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team in Al Hofuf, Saudi Arabia.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to create content, build an audience, and generate organic reach — not just manage social media accounts.what you’ll do:Manage social media accounts and develop monthly content calendars.Create social media strategies focused on organic growth, engagement, and reach.Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and content ideas.Shoot high-quality videos and photos using smartphones and/or professional cameras.Edit Reels, TikToks, Snapchat content, and other short-form videos.Identify trends and turn them into relevant, engaging content.Create high-performing and organically viral content.Monitor content performance, analyze insights, and continuously optimize the strategy.Manage community engagement, comments, and messages.Take ownership of the full content cycle from idea → shoot → edit → publish → analyze.what we’re looking for:Arabic speaker based in or willing to work in Al Hofuf.Proven experience in social media management and content creation.Strong portfolio demonstrating organic virality and significant reach.Strong video shooting, photography, and editing skills.Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and current social media trends.Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.Strong creative and storytelling skills.Data-driven mindset with an understanding of social media analytics and KPIs.Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking full ownership of content.Portfolio is required.full-time | al hofuf, saudi arabiaIf you know how to create content that people actually want to watch, share, and engage with — and have the results to prove it — we want to hear from you.
