In this role, you will ideate, produce, and execute short-form video, visual graphics, and written copy across our social channelsKey Responsibilities:Content Production: Produce platform-tailored short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), graphics, and copy that align with our brand identity.Content Strategy & Calendar Management: Maintain a monthly social media content calendar ensuring consistent posting schedules.Community Engagement: Monitor post interactions, reply to comments and messages, and build active online communities.Trend & Platform Analysis: Track trends, algorithm updates, and platform shifts to adjust content strategy.Analytics & Performance Tracking: Evaluate engagement rates, reach, and click-through metrics to iterate on content performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the broader marketing team to align social posts with broader marketing initiatives and launches.Requirements:Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Content Creator or in a similar role with a portfolio of work in real estate development.Tools & Software: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop), Canva, and social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout).Technical Skills: Experience with mobile video production, lighting, audio capture, and editing apps (e.g., CapCut).Writing Skills: Strong copywriting ability tailored for digital audiences.Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media analytics tools to draw insights from performance metrics.
