We focus on short-form video content, paid advertising, and social media campaigns, helping brands grow through creative and impactful storytelling.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time, on-site Content Creator to join our team in Doha, Qatar.The ideal candidate has a strong eye for clean, premium visuals, understands current social media trends, and knows how to create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and digital advertising.You should be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera and able to manage the full content process—from developing ideas and preparing concepts to filming, editing, and delivering finished content.The Content Creator will be responsible for:• Creating engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising campaigns.• Developing fresh content ideas based on each client’s brand, audience, products, services, campaigns, and marketing goals.• Planning and attending content shoots at the office and client locations.• Filming high-quality videos using a smartphone or professional camera.• Appearing confidently in front of the camera when required.• Creating promotional videos, product showcases, unboxing videos, styling videos, interviews, comparisons, behind-the-scenes content, voiceovers, and trend-based videos.• Editing videos professionally using CapCut or similar software.• Creating strong hooks, captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and clear storytelling to improve engagement and watch time.• Following current social media trends and adapting them creatively to match each client’s brand identity.• Creating different versions and formats of content for organic social media, paid advertisements, and website use.• Working closely with the social media, creative, design, and performance advertising teams.• Following approved content calendars, campaign briefs, shooting plans, and deadlines.• Reviewing content performance and using the results to improve future concepts and videos.• Organising raw footage, project files, edited videos, and finished content properly.• Managing multiple client projects and delivering high-quality content within agreed timelines.Qualifications• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, Videographer, Video Editor, or in a similar creative role.• Strong portfolio or social media account demonstrating high-quality short-form content.• Confidence working both behind and in front of the camera.• Strong smartphone and/or professional camera videography skills.• Strong editing skills using CapCut or similar software.• Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, storytelling, hooks, pacing, and visual presentation.• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.• Ability to create different content styles for different brands and industries.• Experience creating content for fashion, watches, jewellery, bags, shoes, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.• Creative, organised, detail-oriented, and able to generate new ideas consistently.• Ability to accept feedback, work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.• Based in Qatar and available to work full-time on-site in Doha.• Own smartphone, camera, or basic filming equipment is an advantage but not mandatory.• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.How to ApplySend your CV and portfolio link to:career@arkanmktg.comSubject: Content Creator – Your NameApplications without a portfolio will not be considered.
