This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others relevant to the company’s audience. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions, creating visual assets (photos, short videos, stories, and reels), and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and announcements. The Social Media Content Creator monitors comments and messages, responds to community interactions in a professional manner, and tracks basic performance metrics to recommend content improvements. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.Qualifications Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing captions, creating visuals, and producing short-form video content.Ability to develop and follow content calendars, align content with brand guidelines, and support digital marketing campaigns.Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to draw practical insights.Proficiency with common social media and content tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Canva or similar design tools, basic video editing software).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams on-site.Previous experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in real estate or related fields.Relevant education in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred but not strictly required.
