The school encourages innovative teaching and learning practices, offering a collaborative environment for educators and staff who are dedicated to student success.Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based at MLKIS in Jeddah. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across the school’s social media platforms to highlight school activities, achievements, and values. The Social Media Content Creator will manage daily posting schedules, capture photos and short videos on campus, write captions and posts, and ensure consistent branding and messaging. Responsibilities include monitoring online engagement, responding to comments and messages in coordination with school leadership, and analyzing performance metrics to refine content strategies. The role also requires collaboration with academic and administrative teams to promote events, announcements, and key initiatives.Qualifications Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing clear captions, basic graphic design, and short-form video creation and editing.Ability to plan and execute content calendars and campaigns aligned with school events and communication goals.Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and using insights or analytics tools to track performance.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage for local engagement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and students.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to maintain a professional, student-centered tone in all communications.Comfort working on-site in a school environment, including attending and documenting events and activities.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in school, education, or youth-focused environments is an asset.
