The responsibilities include developing and managing social media content, creating visually appealing posts for platforms, and writing engaging captions that align with brand voice. The role also encompasses planning digital campaigns, analyzing social media performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative team to deliver fresh ideas for social media strategies.QualificationsStrong skills in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Caption WritingProficiency in Creative Design, Photo and Video Editing, and Visual StorytellingUnderstanding of Analytics, Social Media Metrics Analysis, and Content OptimizationKnowledge of Branding, Marketing Strategies, and Online Community EngagementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design platformsPrior experience in the floral or gifting industry is a plus
