Ayoub & Co. Real Estate is looking for a creative, professional and highly adaptable Social Media Content Creator to join our team and strengthen our digital presence.A key focus of this role will be developing the CEO's professional brand and social media presence, while also working with our real estate agents to build their personal brands and create engaging property, lifestyle and business content.We are looking for someone who can take initiative, spot content opportunities, generate ideas and react quickly to trends not simply wait for a content brief.Key Responsibilities- Develop creative content concepts for the CEO's professional and personal brand- Plan, film and edit social media content across relevant platforms and formats- Support agents in creating content that aligns with the company's overall image, brand standards and marketing goals- Capture spontaneous and behind-the-scenes content during meetings, events, property visits and daily activities- Produce fast, high-quality edits, including quick-turnaround content when required- Identify relevant trends, sounds and formats and adapt them creatively to the brand- Develop hooks, scripts, captions and content concepts- Confidently direct the CEO, agents and team members during shoots- Manage content from concept and filming through editing and final delivery- Support company campaigns, events and other social media initiatives- Monitor content performance and use insights to develop new ideasWhat We're Looking For- Proven experience in social media content creation, videography or digital content- Strong portfolio of Reels, TikToks and short-form content- Excellent filming and video-editing skills- Creative, trend-aware, proactive and quick on your feet- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends- Strong sense of visual storytelling, personal branding and aesthetics- Professional in appearance, communication and conduct- Comfortable directing people on camera and working closely with senior management- Organized and able to manage multiple shoots and priorities in a fast-paced environment- Fluent English and Arabic FluentApplication RequirementsPlease submit your CV along with a portfolio, showreel or links to social media content you have personally created. submit it to this email: careers@ayoubandco.com
