The role focuses on planning, filming, editing, and producing creative content for Snapchat and TikTok while utilizing AI tools and following the latest social media trends.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for Snapchat and TikTok.Create creative and trend-driven content that aligns with the company's marketing objectives.Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance video production and content creation.Capture on-site footage of properties, events, and company activities.Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns.Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity.Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates.QualificationsAt least 6 months of experience in content creation, videography, or social media content production.Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing software and AI-powered content creation tools.Experience creating content for Snapchat and TikTok.Real estate industry experience is a plus.Good command of English.
