Shalati is looking for a creative and trend-driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team.If you’re always spotting the next trend, thinking of fresh content ideas, and know how to turn everyday moments into engaging Reels — we’d love to hear from you.Your Role:• Create monthly and weekly social media content plans• Develop creative concepts and content ideas• Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats• Plan, shoot, and create engaging Reels and short-form videos• Write simple, engaging captions and content hooks• Create content around products, offers, campaigns, and in-store activities• Adapt trending ideas to fit the Shalati brand and audience• Work closely with the marketing and design teams• Monitor content performance and suggest new ideas based on resultsWhat We’re Looking For:• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends• Creative mindset with a strong eye for engaging content• Comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera when needed• Basic shooting and video editing skills• Ability to turn ideas into actual content — not just follow a calendar• Fast, organized, and able to work in a dynamic retail environment
