We create handcrafted furniture and complete furniture packages for residences, hospitality spaces and interior designers across India.We are looking for a creative, hands-on person who can take complete ownership of our Instagram—from planning and shooting to editing and posting.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a monthly content strategy and social media calendar.Plan engaging content around furniture, craftsmanship, factory processes, projects and founder stories.Regularly shoot reels, photographs and stories at our Gurgaon factory and project sites.Direct founders, craftsmen and team members during content shoots.Edit reels, videos and photographs for Instagram.Create reel covers, carousels and story creatives.Write captions, hooks, scripts and on-screen text in English and Hinglish.Identify relevant trends, formats, music and content opportunities while maintaining the brand’s premium identity.Schedule and publish reels, posts and stories consistently.Manage basic comments, messages and audience engagement.Repurpose every shoot into multiple reels, stories, posts and behind-the-scenes content.Track performance, including reach, engagement, saves, profile visits and enquiries.Coordinate professional product and project shoots whenever required.Maintain an organised content library of photographs, videos and completed creatives.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience creating content for Instagram.Strong reel-shooting and video-editing skills.Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.Working knowledge of Canva and basic photo-editing tools.Good understanding of Instagram trends, storytelling and audience behaviour.Strong visual sense and attention to framing, lighting, styling and detail.Ability to write engaging copy in English and Hinglish.Comfortable appearing behind the camera and directing people during shoots.Self-driven, organised and capable of managing content from idea to publication.Available to work from our Gurgaon studio and travel to nearby project sites.Preferred BackgroundExperience with furniture, interiors, architecture, home décor, fashion, hospitality or another premium lifestyle brand would be an advantage.Basic knowledge of photography, cameras and lighting equipment is also preferred.This Role Is Ideal for Someone WhoEnjoys spending time on the floor and capturing real work in progress.Can spot interesting content in everyday factory and project activities.Understands how to make premium content without making it look overly staged.Can balance trending content with The Crafture’s quiet-luxury aesthetic.Wants creative ownership rather than only executing instructions.
