About the RolePopoMama is looking for a creative and social-media-savvy Social Media & Content Creator who knows how to turn ideas into content people want to watch, share and engage with.You’ll create and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu (XHS/小红书), combining social media, video, design and AI creative tools to grow our brand and community.What You’ll DoPlan and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and XHS.Develop content ideas, scripts and captions in English and Chinese, aligned with campaigns, trends and brand objectives.Shoot and edit short-form videos, product content and event content.Create social visuals using Canva, Adobe, AI creative tools or similar platforms.Manage posting and community engagement across social channels.Track content performance and trends, and continuously improve what we create.Work with the marketing team, creators and partners to bring campaigns and content ideas to life.Who We’re Looking ForDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Design, Digital Media or related field.1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
