Social Media & Content CreatorJaml is looking for an energetic, creative, and genuinely passionate Social Media & Content Creator to join our Marketing team.If you love spotting trends and turning everyday moments into stories people want to share, we want to meet you.You’ll get hands-on experience shooting and editing UGC-style content, engaging Reels, and fun videos around the office and with our restaurant partners.

What You’ll Do

Create, shoot, and edit engaging Reels, Stories, and UGC-style videos.Produce content at Jaml’s office and restaurant partner locations.Write engaging Arabic content, especially in a natural and authentic Jordanian dialect.Develop captions, video scripts, hooks, and creative campaign ideas.Support the Marketing Manager with copywriting and creative concepts.Brainstorm new ways to engage customers and increase orders.Create content that attracts restaurants and encourages potential vendors to collaborate with Jaml.Coordinate content shoots directly with restaurant partners.Follow social media trends and creatively adapt them to Jaml’s brand.Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.What We’re Looking For :Energetic, creative, and comfortable working with people.Passionate about social media, content creation, food, and local trends.Strong Arabic writing skills and good English communication.Able to shoot and edit short-form videos using a smartphone.Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools.Comfortable appearing in videos when needed.Strong sense of storytelling, trends, and what makes content engaging.Previous experience in social media or content creation is a plus, but creativity and a strong portfolio matter most.What You’ll Get:Hands-on experience creating content for a growing local brand.The opportunity to work directly with restaurants, creators, and the Marketing team.Freedom to bring your own ideas and creative style to the table.A fast-paced environment where no two days look exactly the same.The chance to build a portfolio of real-world social media campaigns and content.LocationAmman, JordanEmployment TypeFull-timeInterested?If you’re creative, social-media obsessed, and always thinking about the next Reel, trend, or idea — we’d love to hear from you.Apply Now and show us what you can create.
