If you're someone who thinks in hooks, shoots on the fly, and edits like it's second nature, we want to meet you.About the RoleAs Content Creator, you'll be at the heart of how our brand shows up online. You'll turn campaign briefs, product launches, and cultural moments into short-form video content that connects with real consumers. Working closely with the marketing and brand team, you'll own the Reels production process end-to-end — from idea to script to shoot to edit to approval — making sure every piece of content is on-brand, on-trend, and built to perform.What You'll DoProduce 3 Reels a day, consistently.Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video aligned with brand guidelines and campaign briefsWrite scripts and captions that capture the brand's tone of voiceCollaborate with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand activationsStay ahead of trending audio, formats, and platform-native styles to keep content freshTrack Reels performance and use the data to sharpen future contentManage a daily content pipeline and hit deadlines without sacrificing qualityWhat You Bring2+ years of hands-on experience creating short-form video content for brands on TikTokA track record of producing high-volume, high-quality Reels consistentlyStrong skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing toolsA sharp instinct for Instagram and TikTok algorithms, formats, and trendsThe ability to manage a fast-paced daily production schedule independentlyDetails
