The Social Media Content Creator will develop, write, and produce engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Responsibilities include planning and executing content calendars, creating posts, stories, and short-form videos, and ensuring brand consistency in tone, visual style, and messaging. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, promote mortgage products and services, and highlight customer success stories. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, respond to audience interactions, and continuously optimize content based on data and feedback.QualificationsStrong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and short-form video production.Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and working with content calendars and scheduling tools.Expert design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar applications to create graphics and visuals.Ability to analyze social media performance, use insights to refine content strategy, and report on key metrics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to produce content tailored to a professional financial services audience.Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai.Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably within real estate, finance, or related sectors.Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
