Social Media Content Creator

About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and hands-on individual to build our brand's social media presence, starting with TikTok and expanding to Instagram. You’ll be responsible for the entire content process, from brainstorming ideas to creating, editing, publishing, and tracking performance.Key ResponsibilitiesBrainstorm creative content ideas relevant to our brand, our services, and our audience.Identify social media trends and explore ways to adapt them for our brand.Write scripts, shoot videos, and handle editing and post-production.Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publishing.Manage brand’s TikTok account initially, with Instagram to follow.Track weekly content performance and maintain a performance sheet.Use insights to improve content and engagement.Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines.What We’re Looking ForFresh graduate or around 1-2 years of relevant experience.Creative thinking and storytelling skills.Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends.Basic video shooting and editing skills, preferably using CapCut or similar tools.Someone proactive, organised, and comfortable owning the process end to end.A portfolio of content or personal projects is a plus.Note: Please do not apply if you have more than two years of work experience.
