About RYZERYZE is a growing company based in Amman, Jordan. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team full-time, on-site.We are not looking for someone who simply publishes posts or manages paid advertisements. We want a creative storyteller who can bring our brand to life, capture our daily activities, and turn engaging content into real business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and publish engaging Instagram Stories daily, featuring our workplace, team, behind-the-scenes activities, and company culture.Plan, film, edit, and publish a minimum of 3 creative Instagram Reels per week.Develop original content ideas that attract attention and encourage organic engagement.Capture spontaneous moments, team interactions, events, and day-to-day company activities.Develop organic growth strategies to increase Instagram reach, followers, engagement, and brand awareness.Create sales-driven content that generates customer inquiries, leads, and potential sales.Stay updated on social media trends and adapt creative ideas to RYZE's brand.Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.Monitor Instagram insights and track content performance to continuously improve results.Take full ownership of content creation, from generating ideas to filming, editing, and publishing.RequirementsProven experience in social media content creation, particularly Instagram Reels and Stories.Strong video filming, editing, and storytelling skills.Experience using editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.Good understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and organic growth strategies.Ability to generate original ideas independently and execute them effectively.Creative, proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a dynamic office environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A results-oriented mindset with an understanding of how social media contributes to business growth.A portfolio demonstrating previous creative content is highly preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Consistent daily Instagram Stories.Minimum 3 high-quality Reels published weekly.Growth in organic reach, engagement, and relevant followers.Increased customer inquiries and qualified leads from Instagram.Continuous improvement in content quality and performance.What We're Looking ForWe want someone who sees content opportunities everywhere, not someone who waits to be told what to post.Someone who can walk into our office, spot an interesting moment, turn it into a creative Reel, and make people want to follow our journey.Job Details
