By simplifying complex administrative processes, incubatr enables clients to focus on building and scaling their businesses.Role Description This is an on-site, unpaid internship role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The intern will support the creation of engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, aligned with the company’s brand and services. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas, drafting posts and captions, sourcing or creating visuals and short videos, and scheduling content using social media management tools. The role also involves monitoring comments and messages, helping analyze basic performance metrics, and sharing insights on audience engagement and trends relevant to entrepreneurs and relocation services. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in social media content creation within a business setup and relocation environment.Qualifications Strong interest in social media content creation, with familiarity using platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.Basic skills in writing clear, engaging captions and posts, with attention to grammar and tone.Comfort using visual tools (e.g., Canva or similar) to create simple graphics, stories, and short-form video content.Ability to research topics related to entrepreneurship, business setup, and relocation, and translate them into accessible content.Organized and reliable, with the ability to follow content calendars, meet deadlines, and work on-site in Dubai.Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Ongoing or completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field are beneficial but not mandatory.Previous exposure to social media management or content creation (academic, personal projects, or freelance) is a plus.
