We're premium, we're playful, and we're here for every pet parent, at every stage of their pet's life.We're looking for a hands-on social media content creator to concept, shoot, edit, and post social-first content across Instagram and TikTok. You'll be one of the key creatives behind our social presence, producing work that makes us one of the most engaging and trusted voices in pet care online.If that sounds like you, and you light up at the idea of working with dogs and cats (and the occasional rabbit or bird), keep reading!What You'll Be Doing●         Concept, shoot, edit, and produce video-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms●        Create strong static and carousel content that holds its own alongside the video work●        Storyboard and pitch content ideas, clearly articulating the concept and platform fit●         Edit and adapt content across formats, reimagining one shoot in multiple ways (Premiere Pro, CapCut, native tools)●        Support shoots involving creators, influencers, employees, and occasionally clients●        Use Gen AI tools across ideation, visual references, editing, and copy●         Follow brand guidelines closely so content stays consistent, distinctive, and unmistakably us●        Spot the moments, formats, and trends worth plugging into●        Pull the basics on content performance and know what the numbers meanWhat We're Looking For●         2 to 3 years of experience in content creation, videography, or social. Agency, in-house, freelance all count●        Experience with lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, or other service-based brands●        Professional English; additional languages a plus●         Strong technical skills across shooting, editing, and producing. 70% of this role is technical craft●         A strong visual eye and real sense of taste, with solid grasp of basic design principles and composition●         Confident in directing people on camera. You guide talent, get natural moments, and shape a shot without making it feel stiff●        Strong working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools●        Comfortable using AI tools well, and knowing when not to●        Can follow a brief and stay within brand guidelines●        Startup mentality. Hands-on, reactive, bold, open to mistakes and learning from them ●         A genuine love for animals is non-negotiable You’ll be around pets daily and they'll be at the heart of everything we make●         Flexible schedule. This is not a standard Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM role. Weekend work may occasionally be required, with time off adjusted accordingly and with prior notice.●         Willingness and ability to travel between our locations across Dubai.●         A portfolio link is mandatory and must be included in your CV.
