This is an entry-level position, you will be guided and trained by our Creative Brand Manager as you take the reins on supporting the management of our social media presence and engaging with our growing community. Job Overview The Social Media Coordinator will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence by creating engaging content, managing social channels, and analysing performance metrics. This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting their career, who is chronically online with a flair for design and storytelling, and is ready to learn and grow within a supportive environment. While relevant experience and education are valuable, what matters most is a positive attitude, enthusiasm for social media, and a commitment to learning and delivering their best Responsibilities Content Creation: Assist in crafting and scheduling captivating content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and our newsletters, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity. Community Management: Monitor social media platforms, engage with our audience, and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional, and authentic manner. Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Creative Brand Manager to develop social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. Assist on campaign shoots to help keep the process smooth. Paid Media: Support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns, including ad setup, monitoring, management and performance reporting. Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities to optimise and grow. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and content best practices to keep our brand relevant and innovative. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers, to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns. Support Tasks: Assist with influencer outreach and marketing promotion coordination as needed.  Requirements A passion for social media, trends and all things internet culture. Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic knowledge of platform-specific best practices. Creative mindset and enthusiasm for storytelling and community building. Basic understanding of social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, or native platform tools). Keen interest in paid media and willingness to learn about social advertising strategies.  Preferred Skills Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred. Alternatively: relevant coursework, internships, or hands-on experience in social media management. Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Experience leveraging AI tools to support and enhance social media strategy and content creation.Basic video editing skills for short-form content creation (e.g., TikTok or Instagram Reels). Interest in home decor, design, or lifestyle industries.  What We Offer Comprehensive training and mentorship from our Creative Brand Manager. A supportive and collaborative team environment. Opportunities for professional growth and skill development. Hybrid working arrangements - 2 days in the office. Competitive salary and benefits package.
