Social Media Designer (AI-First) — Founding Team (Equity-Based)📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia🏢 AtheerB (AI Beauty Tech Startup)📊 Reporting to: Marketing Lead (Riyadh)AtheerB is redefining the future of beauty through AI-powered personalization, content, and product experiences.We are seeking a next-generation Social Media Designer — not a traditional graphic designer — but a high-velocity, AI-native creative operator who understands how to produce, test, and scale content using modern AI design and content generation tools.This is a founding-level opportunity for someone who wants to build and own the visual identity of a category-defining beauty technology company.This is an equity-based role, designed for individuals who prioritize long-term value creation over short-term compensation.—Role OverviewAs Social Media Designer, you will lead the creation, execution, and scaling of AtheerB’s visual content across all social platforms.You will combine design excellence with AI-powered tools to produce high-performing, data-driven, and conversion-focused creative assets at scale.This role sits at the core of brand, growth, and product storytelling.—Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, conversion-driven content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
• Develop and maintain AtheerB’s social visual identity and content systems
• Produce static, motion, and short-form video creatives optimized for engagement and performance
• Leverage AI design tools to significantly increase speed, volume, and quality of output
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to align content with growth objectives
• Continuously test, iterate, and optimize creatives based on performance metrics
• Translate brand strategy into compelling, consistent visual storytelling
• Stay ahead of design, social, and AI content trends—AI & Tools Expertise (Required)You must be highly proficient in modern AI-powered creative tools, including but not limited to:
• Midjourney / DALL·E / Stable Diffusion
• Runway / Pika / video AI tools
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Figma / Framer
• CapCut / mobile-first editing tools
• AI content generation workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)You should be able to create content faster, smarter, and better than traditional designers.—What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience designing for social media with strong portfolio
• Deep understanding of what drives engagement, virality, and conversion
• Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
• Strong taste, attention to detail, and brand sensitivity
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment
• Self-driven, execution-focused, and highly accountable
• Strong understanding of Arabic and English content (bilingual is a major advantage)
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate—Compensation
