The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels.In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing multiple brands across the UK, Amsterdam, USA and Dubai, all operating under the same holding group. You will play a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise performance and overall success.RequirementsTikTok & Short-Form Content Mastery: Own our TikTok and social media presence by conceptualizing, scripting, and producing highly engaging, trend-driven viral contentOn-Camera Live Presenting: Serve as a key brand representative by going LIVE on social platforms, engaging directly with our community, showing your face, and answering audience questions in real timeVideo Editing & Post-Production: Shoot and slice your own content. Use mobile and desktop editing software to ensure fast-paced, high-quality audio and visual hooksInfluencer & Creator Management: Identify, outreach, onboard, and manage relationships with external influencers and brand ambassadors across target European regionsPerformance Tracking: Monitor daily social media metrics (views, engagement, conversion, Live stream retention) to iterate and optimize content performanceRequirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or Digital Media specialist with a heavy focus on TikTok and should have organise a event On-Camera Confidence: Must have an established comfort level being on camera, speaking clearly, and leading live streamsTechnical Editing Skills: Deep hands-on experience with mobile/desktop editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) specifically tailored to fast-paced social algorithmsRegional & Language Profiles: Due to our target demographics, we are specifically prioritizing candidates from English-speaking countries, Spain, Italy, or Francewith native/highly fluent capabilities in their respective languagesAvailability: Must be an Immediate JoinerBenefitsAt SIBIE Ltd, as a global organisation operating across Europe, the US, the UK, and the UAE, we offer visa sponsorship.
