Working closely with our Creative Lead, you’ll also help bring bigger, polished campaigns to life.Alongside this, you’ll track results, demonstrate ROI and show how social activity supports brand growth and our wider commercial goals.This role is remote, so you’ll need to be confident working autonomously and staying visible to the wider team – with occasional travel to London for meetings, shoots and events.It’s ideal for someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table, use insight to make them even stronger, and confidently bring content to life both behind and in front of the camera.The responsibilitiesAs Social Media Executive, you will:Support channel-specific social media strategies that align with our wider business, marketing and communication objectives.Translate campaign messages, product benefits, cultural moments and business updates into engaging social content ideas.Maintain the cross-brand social content calendar and schedule content using planning software.Work closely with our Creative Lead to develop integrated, scroll-stopping social campaigns and produce the assets needed to bring them to life.Brief creative agencies, influencers and ambassadors on social content requirements.Identify trends, conversations and reactive opportunities that are genuinely relevant to the brand – rather than jumping on trends for the sake of it.Monitor social performance and provide regular reporting to the wider team.Turn performance insights into practical recommendations that improve future content and channel strategy.Create lo-fi content, including speaking-to-camera videos, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, reactive content and event coverage (some of which may fall on weekends).The skillsetProven experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency or growing business.A strong portfolio of social content and campaigns that demonstrates both creativity and strategic thinking.Strong knowledge of the major social platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.Confidence creating lo-fi video content on a phone – filming, presenting and carrying out simple edits.Familiarity with editing software such as Canva or Adobe.A clear understanding of how content should change between platforms, audiences and formats.Experience managing social content calendars and using scheduling or social media planning software.An analytical mindset and experience reporting on social performance – using data and insight to improve content, not just to report what happened.A strong understanding of social trends, platform updates and emerging content formats.Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and campaigns at once.Experience within FMCG, health and wellness or retail is favourable.The personHands-on operator with a “make it happen” attitude.Creative thinker who backs ideas with insight, not guesswork.Comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it.Self-starter who thrives working remotely, with the discipline to manage their own priorities.Naturally curious about culture, trends and what makes people engage.Collaborative and confident briefing agencies, influencers and internal teams.Able to travel to London for occasional meetings, shoots and events.The benefitsFully remote role, with occasional travel to London.Be part of a mission-driven, founder-led health brand.Play a key role in scaling one of the UK’s most exciting FMCG businesses.High-autonomy role with real ownership and impact.Career progression as the business grows.Employee discount on The Turmeric Co. shots
