The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing the company's social media accounts.Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, and content ideas.Assist in creating captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives and videos.Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare reports.Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.Support social media campaigns, events, and promotional activities.Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting.RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.Good written and verbal communication skills.Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.Ability to research trends and generate fresh content ideas.Good time-management and coordination skills.What You Will GainHands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.Exposure to real-world campaigns and brand communication.Opportunity to work with creative and marketing teams.Practical experience with content planning, analytics, and social media tools.Certificate and experience letter upon successful completion of the internship, as applicable.Preferred SkillsSocial Media Management | Content Creation | Canva | Trend Research | Copywriting | Instagram | LinkedIn | Digital Marketing | Analytics
