We're looking for a Social Media Intern to implement our social strategy and manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts!Job ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor Rambler social media channels (Instagram and TikTok) while following the company's Social Media Strategy and PoliciesDevelop and execute monthly social content calendars for social media accounts that tell the brand story and create brand relevancePublish unique, audience-specific content on social media channels to drive brand awareness and engagementProduce reels and TikToks to entertain, educate and drive engagementEngage with followers on Instagram via comments, likes and sharesImplement strategies that grow follower count and engagement, retain followers and help convert them into customersWork with our corporate video team to conceptualize and produce videos for social media and other digital platformsTrack and report social media engagement and follower growth, and make recommendations based on performanceMaintain a consistent brand presence through appropriate brand colors, guidelines and layouts for visualsManage weekly Instagram giveaway campaign, including ideation, content creation, winner selection, gift acquisition and delivery. Assist Social Media Manager with planning and coordinating lifestyle photoshootsRequirementsCurrent college student in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, Journalism or related fields of studyExperience managing a brand or influencer's Instagram presencePassion for social media and content creation, ideally displayed through a strong personal social presence Canva skills a plus!
