We are building a premium ecosystem through consulting, digital platforms, and curated offline events like Franchise Circle Expo.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Marketing Intern who can help us build a strong digital presence, generate leads, and drive engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Strategy* Create engaging posts, reels, and carousels for LinkedIn, Instagram & youtube* Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice* Plan weekly content calendarsSocial Media Management* Manage daily posting and scheduling* Handle comments, DMs, and engagement* Maintain consistency across all platformsGrowth & Marketing* Assist in running campaigns for events (like Franchise Expo)* Help generate leads via social media funnels* Collaborate on WhatsApp marketing strategiesAnalytics & Optimization* Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions)* Suggest improvements based on data* Identify trends and viral content opportunitiesRequirements* Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, youtube)* Good writing and communication skills* Interest in startups, business, or marketing* Familiarity with Canva or similar tools* Self-driven and execution-focused mindsetBonus Skills (Good to Have)* Experience with reels/editing tools* Knowledge of paid ads (Meta/LinkedIn)* Understanding of funnels/lead generation
