Social Media Management Intern

Location: Noida Mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office) Starting: Immediate joining Stipend: According to the skillsetDuration: 3-month internship with a performance-based PPO We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern who can take ideas from concept to execution.

This role offers hands-on experience across content creation, graphic design, reel editing, social media management, shoots, and analytics. You will work on social media for clients across different industries, giving you exposure to varied brands, audiences, and content styles while taking end-to-end ownership of content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on trending topics, content formats, and social media ideas to identify opportunities for engaging and relevant content.Create engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and other visual content.Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.Take ownership of the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to final execution.Assist in and participate in social media shoots, including planning and content execution.Track and analyze social media performance using analytics and insights to suggest improvements.Skills and Requirements:Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop. Additional photo-editing tools is a plus.Experience with reel/video editing, preferably using tools such as Instagram Edits, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.Prior experience or basic knowledge of social media shoots.Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.A strong eye for design, visuals, and trends, formats, and current content styles.Preferred Traits:Strong creative thinking and ability to come up with fresh content ideas.Ability to independently take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can experiment, learn, and take ownership of your work.
