Job Title: Social Media Management TrainerDescription:Charis Intelligence is looking for a hands-on Social Media Management Trainer to train students who want to build real skills in running social media for brands and businesses.What you'll do:- *Train students*: Teach core modules like content strategy, platform growth, analytics, ads basics, and community management- *Make it practical*: Run workshops, assignments, and live account audits so students leave with a portfolio- *Stay current*: Update curriculum with trends for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X- *Mentor*: Give feedback on content calendars, copy, and campaign resultsWhat we're looking for:- 2+ years managing social media for brands, agencies, or creators- Experience teaching, coaching, or running workshops is a big plus- Deep knowledge of strategy, scheduling tools, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify concepts for beginners- Based in Sagamu and environment *Bonus*: Portfolio of accounts you've grown and examples of student/mentee work
