🚀 We're Hiring | Brand & Community Executive (Arabic Speaker) | DubaiAre you the kind of person who knows what's trending before everyone else?Do you create content that people don't just scroll past—but actually share, comment on, and talk about?We're hiring for a leading UAE-based retail and distribution company in the entertainment, lifestyle, and consumer brands space to hire a Brand & Community Executive/ManagerThis role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands GCC audiences, and knows how to build genuine communities—not just grow follower counts.What You'll Be Doing🎯 Develop engaging social media content across multiple platforms🎯 Build and grow online communities through authentic conversations🎯 Create Arabic and English content tailored for GCC audiences🎯 Turn product launches and campaigns into engaging social moments🎯 Monitor trends, memes, and pop culture to keep content fresh and relevant🎯 Collaborate with designers, creators, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life🎯 Track engagement and optimize content performanceWe're Looking For✔️ 3+ years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, Content Creation, or Brand Marketing✔️ Native or fluent Arabic with strong English communication skills✔️ Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities✔️ Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social platforms✔️ Understanding of Gen Z audiences and GCC digital culture✔️ Experience with video editing and content production is a strong advantage✔️ Background in retail, lifestyle, entertainment, gaming, media, or creative agencies is highly preferred
