Social Media Manager — Osho Himalayas Wellness Resort 📍 Palampur, Himachal Pradesh (on-site) | Full-time | Salary:40k NegotiableWe're a boutique spiritual wellness retreat in the Dhauladhar foothills, and we're looking for someone to own our entire social media and content function — not just post, but lead it.What you'll doOwn the full social calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook — strategy, planning, publishing, and performanceLead and manage the in-house content team (shooters, editors, coordinators) — assign work, review output, hold deadlinesShoot on location: reels, guest stories, wellness sessions, property and nature footageEdit video end-to-end (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut) — reels, YouTube long-form, podcast cutsBuild and run the content pipeline: monthly plan → shoot schedule → edit → publish → reportTrack reach, engagement, saves, and leads generated; report performance monthly and act on itWork closely with the sales and marketing team so content actually feeds bookingsWhat we're looking for3–5 years managing social media, preferably in hospitality, wellness, travel, or lifestyleGenuinely strong at both shooting and editing — this is a hands-on role, not just a supervisory oneProven track record of growing an account organically (bring your numbers)Ability to lead a small team and keep a production calendar movingComfortable living and working in the hills — this role is on-site, not remoteBonus: understanding of meditation, yoga, or wellness culture; Hindi + English fluencyWhat you getSalary(40k) negotiable, based on your experience and portfolioComplete ownership of the department — your call on direction, guided by inputs from senior managementStay and meals at the propertyA subject worth filming: mountains, silence, and people at their most real
