Social Media ManagerWe’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently understand clients, develop content and marketing strategy, and coordinate execution across our creative and performance teams.You’ll work directly with the founders and clients across different industries, particularly doctors, clinics, founders, and businesses.What you’ll do• Attend client discovery, onboarding, and sales calls• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear marketing plans• Brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, hooks, and video topics• Help develop scripts, briefs, and content calendars• Coordinate execution with video editors, designers, SEO, and performance marketing teams• Review content before it goes to the client• Manage client communication, feedback, approvals, and timelines• Help identify opportunities to improve or expand client campaigns• Help develop, test, and use our internal AI tools for content strategy, scripting, research, and marketing automationIdeal candidate• Strong verbal and written English communication• Previous experience managing social media for brands or clients• Agency experience is strongly preferred• Comfortable speaking directly with clients• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form content• Strong content sense and ability to brainstorm ideas quickly• Comfortable creating briefs and working with editors/designers• Organized enough to manage multiple clients simultaneously• Interested in AI and new marketing tools• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentWhy join us• Work directly with the founders• Take ownership of real client accounts from strategy to execution• Work at a fast-growing AI and marketing startup• Learn and use AI extensively in day-to-day marketing• Opportunity to build processes and internal tools from an early stageLocation: Gurgaon, Hybrid / Onsite preferred
