Team members join a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with exposure to both international and U.S. real estate markets.Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness and support residential project marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, creating and publishing posts, managing community interactions, and monitoring social media channels for engagement opportunities. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, adjust strategies to improve reach and conversion, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging with broader brand and project goals. The role also involves staying current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in real estate marketing.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including campaign planning, platform management, and performance tracking.Strong Communication and Writing abilities to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages for diverse audiences.Experience in Content Strategy and creation, including editorial planning, audience targeting, and alignment of social content with overall marketing objectives.Proficiency with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), scheduling tools, and basic analytics dashboards.Proficiency with HeyOrca and other related content calendars.Ability to interpret data and insights to refine content and optimize campaigns for engagement and lead generation.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.Prior experience in real estate, property development, or related industries is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
