Social Media Manager

About the RoleAt Ace Blend, we’re building a bold, modern consumer brand with a strong digital-first presence. We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Social Media Manager who understands what makes people stop, engage, share, and talk about content.This is a hands-on role for someone who can move seamlessly from strategy and ideation to shoots, content execution, publishing, and performance analysis.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute social media strategies and content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.Ideate and create Reels, carousels, stories, UGC, campaigns, and trend-led content.Own the content journey from idea → brief → production → publishing → performance.Be actively involved in shoots, events, launches, and on-ground activations across Mumbai.Collaborate closely with designers, editors, creators, photographers, marketing, and events teams.Stay ahead of trends, memes, creators, formats, and cultural conversations.Track social performance and use insights to continuously improve content.Build meaningful audience engagement and strengthen the brand’s social presence.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Content, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form video.Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, copywriting, and content ideation skills.Strong communication, coordination, and project management abilities.Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Proactive, organized, agile, and comfortable working on-ground.Preferred: Experience with D2C, FMCG, Wellness, Nutrition, Beauty, Lifestyle, Fashion, Consumer Brands, or Startups.How We’ll Measure SuccessQuality and consistency of contentGrowth in reach and engagementShareability and content performanceSpeed and quality of executionSuccessful campaigns and shootsAbility to capitalize on trendsGrowth of Ace Blend’s social presenceThe Mindset We’re Looking ForThink creatively.
