This is a space for people who enjoy building, thinking deeply about their work, and contributing beyond a fixed job description.Founded by a parent and certified early years educator, Taika is intentionally building a small, committed team that brings on-ground experience, curiosity, and a shared sense of ownership.This is not a finished institution — it’s a space that will grow through collaboration and shared responsibility.If you’re excited by early childhood and building something meaningful from the ground up, you’ll feel at home here.Role Description and Intent This is a full-time, on-site role at Taika Play Studio.We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Lead to own the brand’s voice, visual identity, and storytelling across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the founder to understand the philosophy, observe real moments in the studio, and translate them into thoughtful, consistent content that builds trust with parents.As part of the founding team, you’ll be embedded in the studio — documenting environments and interactions (with sensitivity and consent), shaping how the brand shows up through images, words, and tone, and serving as the in-house photographer to maintain a cohesive visual language.Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and apply Taika Play Studio’s voice and tone across all digital contentPlan, create, and manage content across social platforms (Instagram primary)Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with the brand’s philosophyWrite captions, stories, and longer-form content that feels thoughtful and parent-focusedAct as the in-house photographer, capturing high-quality images and videos of the space, materials, and play experiencesEnsure all content is created and shared with sensitivity, consent, and respectSupport marketing and communication needs with aligned visuals and copyCollaborate closely with the founder and team, spending time on the floor to observe and document meaningful momentsWhat We’re Looking For / Qualifications0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, photography, or storytelling (Open to freshers with strong interest and relevant work samples or personal projects)Comfortable writing clear, thoughtful captions and longer-form contentGood visual sense, with interest or experience in photography and videoCurious, observant, and detail-orientedSensitive to working around children and families, with respect for consent and privacyComfortable working full-time and on-siteOpen to learning, feedback, and growth in a startup environmentIf you’re early in your career and excited to learn while helping build a thoughtful brand from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.Please send resumes to mahua@taikaplay.com.
