Content & Social Media Manager£35,000-£40,000Shoreditch, LondonMinimum 3 days onsiteA design-led D2C brand is looking for someone to own its content and social media across Instagram and TikTok.This needs an ideas person.Someone who sees a product launch, designer collaboration, showroom moment or behind-the-scenes story and knows how to turn it into content people want to watch and share.You’ll own:- Instagram and TikTok strategy- Organic audience growth- Content calendars and repeatable series- Mobile-first content creation- Creative briefs and storytelling- Creator collaborations- Captions, scripts and tone of voice- Monthly reporting and creative recommendations- AI-supported ideation, research, scripting and productionYou’ll need 2 - 3+ years of social media management experience, strong creative judgement and evidence of hands-on social content creation.Experience within design, interiors, lifestyle or another visually led premium consumer brand would be valuable.This is not a pure scheduling or community management role.
