We design performance scrubs on our proprietary Aeroluxe™ fabric and sell them direct-to-consumer in the US, UK, Canada, and the GCC through Shopify Plus and TikTok Shop, fulfilled from our California warehouse.The brand is operated by AA Brands Inc. (US) with our team based in South Delhi. One year in and scaling fast, we're now hiring our first full team. Everyone who joins owns their function end to end.What You'll DoOwn social strategy and the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, X, and Reddit — localized for US, UK, and GCC audiencesRun the creator/UGC pipeline: outreach, briefs, negotiation, usage rights, performance trackingBuild our Reddit presence the right way — value-first participation in nursing and healthcare communities, not promo postsKeep X in maintenance mode: replies, trend moments, customer loveBrief and manage the video editor for daily short-form output; coordinate with the community executive on engagementFeed winning organic content to the performance marketing team as ad creativeReport weekly on growth, engagement, and social-attributed revenueWhat We Need3–5 years running social for a consumer/D2C brand, with a portfolio of accounts you've grownProven short-form video instincts — you know why a TikTok workedExperience creating for US/international audiences; excellent written EnglishHands-on with scheduling tools (Buffer/Later/Sprout) and native platform analyticsComfortable being the taste-owner: you decide what shipsBonus PointsHealthcare, apparel, or community-led brand experienceReddit-native; you know what gets removed and what gets upvotedSuper bonus: daily hands-on use of Claude or similar AI tools — we work AI-first, and every role here builds with AI, not around itApplySend your CV + 3 accounts/campaigns you're proud of to info@healixscrubs.com, subject "SMM — [Your Name]".
