📈 Social Media Manager – Retail 📍 London – Hybrid working 💸 £60k + Package 👪 Great supportive company culture & progression🌱 Growing businessWe’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of organic social for a well-known, growing consumer brand.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what makes great social content, knows how to spot a trend and is confident taking the lead. You’ll own the social strategy and content calendar across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, with the opportunity to build TikTok from the ground up and bring the existing channels back to life.You’ll be creating and managing social-first content, working with creators and influencers, developing brand partnerships and using social data to understand what’s working and what isn’t.You’ll need:Strong organic social experience, rather than paid mediaExperience across Instagram, Facebook and TikTokA genuine understanding of social trends, creators and short-form videoConfidence creating content and managing the social calendarExperience using social dashboards and performance insightsA proactive, commercially minded approach and the confidence to take ownershipYou’ll have plenty of scope to shape the strategy, experiment with new ideas and explore channels such as YouTube and Snapchat as the brand continues to grow.If you’re a hands-on social specialist who wants to make a real impact, I’d love to hear from you.
