GreySpace partners with clients of all sizes and locations, helping them share their message in ways that resonate and stick.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based at GreySpace Design Studio in Delhi, India. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring that each channel reflects the studio’s and clients’ brand voice and visual identity. The role involves managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics and trends. The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with designers, writers, and strategists to develop campaigns, support launches, and respond to community interactions in a timely and professional manner. This position also includes staying up to date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging formats to keep GreySpace’s social presence fresh and effective.Qualifications Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms.Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and channels.Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including crafting clear, engaging captions and social copy.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to measure performance and guide improvements.Experience collaborating in a creative or agency environment and working cross-functionally with design and content teams.Comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven work and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific features (e.g., Reels, Stories, carousels).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in social media management for creative, design, or branding-focused organizations is an advantage.
