This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and others. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, developing content calendars, optimizing content for engagement, and monitoring performance metrics and audience insights. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with content creators and designers, respond to community interactions, manage social media advertising, and align all activities with overall marketing and brand strategy.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including planning content calendars, defining target audiences, and aligning social content with broader marketing goals.Relevant experience with social media analytics tools, paid social campaigns, and performance reporting is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
