The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and visual identity. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns, supporting influencer and community partnerships, and staying up to date with social media trends relevant to health and food brands.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow and engage online communities.Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging.Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan and execute effective social media campaigns and calendars.Experience with analytics tools, basic graphic design or content creation tools, and familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) is beneficial.A background in marketing, communications, or a related field, and prior experience managing social media for consumer or food brands is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Raipur, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly to changing priorities is important.
