Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to run multiple food brands across TikTok and Instagram/Facebook. This is not a scheduling role. We need someone very creative who decides what content gets made and knows exactly what to change when it doesn't perform.What you'll doPitch creative and original ideas, hooks and formats for TikTok and Instagram Reels every weekWrite scripts and brief creators so content feels native, not like an adTrack hook rate, watch time, saves, shares and follower growth, and know why a video underperformed and how to fix itEngage with comments and DMs daily and keep every brand's presence consistent and recognisableGuide our graphic designer with clear creative direction for every post, carousel and coverRun and manage paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok, testing creatives and putting budget behind the content that performsNon-negotiablesProven experience growing a brand account, with before and after numbersHands-on experience creating for TikTok and Instagram Reels, not only posting to themStrong written English for captions, scripts and client briefsFull-time in office.
