We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.If you’re creative, know what makes people stop scrolling, and have experience leading a team of content creators, we want to hear from you!What you’ll be doing:Manage and grow our social media platformsLead, manage and coordinate our team of content creatorsDevelop and oversee the content strategy across all platformsPlan and coordinate Reels, Stories, campaigns, property content and eventsKeep the team ahead of social media trends and new content formatsWork closely with agents and the marketing team to create engaging real estate contentTrack social media performance, engagement and growthBring new creative ideas and concepts to strengthen our online presenceSet content goals, deadlines and priorities for the creative teamWe’re looking for someone who:Has proven experience in social media managementHas experience leading or managing a content/creative teamUnderstands Reels, TikTok, Instagram and short-form videoIs creative, proactive and highly trend-awareUnderstands social media analytics and performanceReal estate experience is a strong advantageDubai/UAE experience is mandatory
