Social Media Manager | Dubai📍 Dubai, UAE | On-site💼 Full-time | 2+ Years Experience💰 AED 5,000–9,000/monthAbout the RoleBinayah Properties is looking for a creative and commercially driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and help strengthen how our brand shows up online.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands content, trends, Reels, social media strategy and lead generation and knows how to turn attention into meaningful engagement and results.🎯 What You’ll Do- Develop and execute creative social media strategies- Create engaging content across copy, visuals and video- Plan and produce Reels and short-form content- Identify trends and turn them into relevant, high-performing content- ⁠Grow our social presence and strengthen brand consistency- ⁠Use AI tools to create, test and improve content- ⁠Track performance and use data to improve results- ⁠Collaborate with marketing, sales and management teams🔎What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of experience in social media management- Real estate marketing experience, preferably in Dubai- ⁠Strong portfolio of social media and content work- ⁠Experience growing social accounts or generating leads through content- ⁠Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and current content trends- ⁠Hands-on experience with design and video editing- ⁠Strong creative instincts and understanding of branding- ⁠A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership- ⁠Experience with international or multilingual audiences is a plus🛠️Tools & SkillsExperience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Meta Business Suite, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs or HeyGen is an advantage.🤝Why Join Binayah Properties?- Work with an established Dubai real estate brand- ⁠Take ownership of the brand’s social media presence- ⁠Work across content, creativity, AI and digital marketing- ⁠Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management- ⁠Create content with a real commercial impact💰 CompensationAED 5,000–9,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.📌Role Details
