Our channels are where that community lives, learns, and grows, and we're looking for someone to shape how it looks, sounds, and feels online.The RoleWe're looking for a creative, curious Social Media Manager who can own our channels end to end: from strategy and trend-spotting to community and visual design. This isn't a 9-to-6 desk job. It's a stimulating, fast-moving role for someone who lives and breathes music culture, and whose ideas directly shape the growth of the team and the Academy's brand.What You'll DoChannel strategy: Define and evolve the strategy for each channel (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others), with clear goals, content pillars, and a publishing calendar.Trend scouting: Track what's happening in music, DJ culture, and social platforms, and turn emerging trends, formats, and conversations into original content ideas.Community management: Engage with our audience, respond to comments and DMs, nurture students and alumni, and build a warm, active community around the Academy.Content creation and design: Design social assets yourself (posts, carousels, stories, covers, motion graphics, short-form video edits) in line with the brand identity.Analytics and optimization: Monitor performance, report on key metrics, and use insights to refine strategy and test new ideas.Collaboration: Work closely with the team, instructors, and partners to capture events, classes, and behind-the-scenes moments, and to support campaigns and enrollment goals.What We're Looking ForProven experience managing social media channels, ideally for a brand in music, culture, education, or entertainmentStrong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma; Canva alone is not enough), with an eye for typography, layout, and visual storytellingBasic video editing and motion skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)Solid understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and social analyticsA genuine passion for music, DJing, and electronic cultureExcellent written and spoken English (B2 or above); Italian is a plusA proactive, self-driven mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and come up with ideas without being askedStrong communication and community-building instinctsNice to HavePhotography or videography skillsExperience with influencer or creator collaborationsKnowledge of scheduling and community tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)Existing network in the music or DJ sceneWhy Join UsWork with a globally recognized name in DJ educationA creative role with real ownership, where your ideas directly impact the growth of the channels and the teamA dynamic, non-standard schedule tied to events, launches, and content moments, not a rigid 9-to-6A stimulating environment surrounded by music, artists, and creative people
