🚨 SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER | LONDON £40,000 - £45,000 | Permanent | Hybrid (3 days in office) | ASAP We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join an exciting agency team and take ownership of social content, community and strategy across a range of brilliant clients. This is a hands-on, social-first role for someone who can spot a cultural moment, turn it into an idea and bring it to life - from concepting and shooting through to editing, publishing,community management and reporting. 👀 What you'll be doingCreating, shooting and editing social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and XDeveloping platform-specific content calendars aligned to client objectivesCreating reactive, trend-led content at paceManaging communities and engaging audiences in an authentic, on-brand wayDeveloping social strategies and campaigns alongside Creative, PR and Client Services teamsUsing social listening and cultural insights to identify trends, opportunities and conversationsKeeping ahead of emerging platforms, formats, trends and audience behavioursMonitoring performance, sentiment and engagement and turning data into actionable insightsPresenting social ideas, content and performance to clientsSupporting scopes, timings and budgets across social projectsIdentifying opportunities to grow and elevate clients' social presence ✨ What we're looking for4+ years' agency experience working across social mediaStrong experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram and other major platformsA hands-on creator who is confident scripting, filming and editingStrong understanding of platform trends, native formats and algorithmsExcellent writing, storytelling and communication skillsNaturally culturally curious and always aware of what's happening onlineComfortable working quickly and reacting to trends in real timeConfident using analytics and turning performance data into insightsAble to balance big-picture creative thinking with hands-on executionHighly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projectsCollaborative and confident working across Creative, Social, PR and Client ServicesProactive, commercially minded and not afraid to challenge or improve an ideaA genuine passion for social, culture and creating content that people actually want to engage with 📍 The details
