Designation - Social Media Manager Department: Marketing Location - Anand, Gujarat Company - Bharat Vedica Role PurposeOwn the brand's social media presence end-to-end — strategy, content calendar, community engagement and platform growth — across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, working closely with Design and Performance Marketing.Key Responsibilities● Build and execute the social media strategy and monthly content calendar across all platforms● Brief and coordinate with Design/Content teams for creatives, reels and captions● Manage day-to-day publishing, community engagement, comments and DMs● Track platform-wise growth, engagement and reach; report performance with actionable insights● Stay current on platform trends, formats (reels, stories) and algorithm changes to keep content competitive● Coordinate with the Performance Marketing Manager on boosting/paid social amplification of top content● Manage influencer/collaboration outreach where relevantRequirements & Skills● 4–7 years of experience managing brand social media, preferably in D2C, retail or lifestyle brands● Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategy and analytics● Experience briefing designers/video editors and managing content calendars● Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for trends and brand toneApply on - kaushiki.goswami@bharatvedica.com / 9664048512
